Exactly, there is insufficient data.

If I had 1000ml of pure water and threw in say 1gram of potassium (that is 1000ppm). Then evaporated the water down to 500ml, then sent it to a lab I'd expect my potassium to now be 2000ppm .... this announcement has stuff all details frankly.

Now lets extrapolate this further. They got 126ppm lithium in the brine, they can evaporate it and get 310ppm (246% increase) .... not sure how much water had to be evaporated but lets say it was proportionally same ..... then they'd need to evaporate 2.46X the amount of water .... means lot more brine, lot more work, lot more costs. Originally they banged on about not having evaporation ponds and going directly from brine to product, now things are changing and frankly I do not see it as good news. The pond they got is a fish tank, it was a holding tank for their processing wasn't it? I'm sure it was, it was not designed to be an evaporation pond.

Based on this, then why the hell bother having to process crap grades of PPM lithium in Nevada vs going eslewhere with your magic machine turning brine into product without ponds? The answer is concentration levels which so far they still haven't got, so to me this is a non announcement, a hope.

Look at AGY share price, they got their JORC, got ponds, got some 430ppm or so brine even got some industrial grade lithium (not battery grade yet) and their share price has done little really.

Yeah, I'm real skeptical on this lot after the huge plummet in share price and this announcement has done little to impress me.
