1. Lilac was not fit for our brine, still ASN was working with them to fine tune the process
2. ASN also included "Alex" from Lilac on board.
3. "Alex" got arrogant and gave a forward looking statement without board consent
4. "Raki" and "others" complained it to ASN (not taking credit I guess Bruce saw that too)
5. "Alex" was shown the door
5. Lilac was poached or they went with LKE
Interesting thing to observe is ASN identified DLE as go to tech when it was in nascent stages, still they were willing to work with Lilac (this is my assumption) but I guess Lilac was poached by LKE (still my assumption)
I guess that was a blessing in disguise for ASN, now we have better DLE tech, better recovery rate and most important nasty acids are not required its all water based.. so its a big win win for us
