In regard to any risk and timelines to do with permitting, it all has a lot to do with who is in charge of the government.
I have brought it up many times here before that the Democrats are bad for mining companies in making it more costly and timely in getting a permit for just about anything.
That will all change when the Republicans have control of the house again, and even more so the senate.
So, it would be a little difficult for Bruce to answer a question on permitting until after the midterm elections.
