this is all i can find as a reference, my interpretation is the article is saying when a company is calculating a resource estimation they need to take into account the risk of neighboring companies extracting excess brine from a connected reservoir. if we look at Argentinas lithium triangle there are multiple companies extracting from the same Salar, I have never seen anything about rights to volume of brines from these companies nor can i find any references anywhere. if anyone else has some info to share about this that would be much appreciated.
