I would think so , but I think since burnvoir was appointed the mood has changed so expect anything ! Prior Bruce had a good history of disclosure now he's near mute almost a puppet on the Burnvoir strings bare minimum information or mis-information with what they leave out their all in cahoots now , but it all points to something really big IMHO so no real complaints just as @beisha says need for clarity!
