fantastic, adding to the board was a top priority in my mind and this fills most of the gaps i could see. Good to also highlight where they will be based as i mentioned in a post awhile back that id like to see a clear US based and AU based team, the AU team has definitely been strengthened and Navin on paper seems like the perfect person to bring on at this point as someone with experience in chemical plants construction
