i mean the US govt loan would be a long term payback regardless i think, if the original plan was to basically make mimimal profot for 2 years then full profit, a plan involving only paying back say 50m per year for 10 years means ASN go cashflow positive after year 1 with over 150m USD, theres no real benefit to paying off the loan early if you think about it
