plus those shares are escrowed for 2 years with a portion being released every 6 months, i think its fair to say if ASN have completed offtakes, FEED and financing with construction underway in 2 years (very likely) then those shares will be worth alot to pan american. On our side we get a valuable bit of land with multiple benefits not just limited to JORC resource increases without spending really any cash on hand which means all funds are being used to progress the project, when this was part of pan american they had 3 projects and a MC around 20m USD, so getting 1/3rd of their projects for 1m cash is a great deal
