It it turns out like that, imagine we are in US (which is at the forefront of Li revolution), we have bromine, companies which want to procure Li or Br will have shell close to nothing for transport, they can tap on BB anytime and say need a bucket load of Li or Br in a week and will be delivered, compared to offshore mines which will have logistic issues, any disruption to logistics will disrupt the supply chain, the problem we are seeing now in logistics will be there forever...
