Yes it's capped, but at a potential 30% dilution.

I hope they don't need all these as, as I stated previously, equates to $0.01 for a $2mil raise.
This unfortunately is down to the company's inability to obtain capital from anyone over the past couple of years, aside from Chia, not current market conditions.
There has been a plethora of speccies that have done CRs over the past few months around the 10-20% vwap discount from CR date.
This has already dropped over 20% since CR Ann with more to come, then add another 20% discount on top.
I really can't understand anyone painting a rosy picture or be "thankful" that this continues to decline.
