This unfortunately is down to the company's inability to obtain capital from anyone over the past couple of years, aside from Chia, not current market conditions. There has been a plethora of speccies that have done CRs over the past few months around the 10-20% vwap discount from CR date. This has already dropped over 20% since CR Ann with more to come, then add another 20% discount on top. I really can't understand anyone painting a rosy picture or be "thankful" that this continues to decline. GLTAH
