Disapointed no talk of funding for the bromine plant, ultimately thats what needs to happen sooner rather than later instead of primarily having funds to spend on "working capital".

I am a fan of convertible notes so no issue there and 5% is very reasonable particularly given its paid on maturity rather than on the anniversary.

If we assume bbb by march will have 3m in the coffers then thats good for 6 months so need to get to work on the PFS and funding for the plant, build the thing and make some money. The holders left have been very patient
