On second thoughts, I think todays announcements are great.
The drilling plan is important information. Deadlines are important too, but you cant specify these without arranging access to the land. The announcement isnt premature, they're keeping us up to date.
Of course these announcements are scheduled in order to affect the stock price. The stock price is the reason why everyone is here. The directors hold shares so that their interests are the same as ours - a financial return.
In summary, this is good news.
