I think its more that it is a bit leftfield and not the project traders are interested in. Recent action is due to the Julimar nearology play at Bull. With outcrop sampling happening right now (see twitter thread), we should see interest build as we get closer to assay results.
The other one that could put a cracker under it is release of the PFS for the Paradox Br-Li project. That one has genuine potential of going to production, pending outcome of PFS and subsequent securing of funding for processing plant.
