it should be made crystal clear on every announcement with proof of when results were actually received from labs
full honest true transparency so that shareholders don't feel that results are held back for some reason or another
i wonder if TL would be happy to show someone who he is in contact with here on HC
besides that, it should be made absolutely clear in bold lettering on all ASX listed company announcements as to when the results arrived in hand.
Also if the Labs were told to hold them back and send when requested, the labs should also become accountable if they know results are average and if a company knows via word and mouth yet asks for results to be kept on file until requested.
so many simple things can be implemented as to remove all doubt for retail shareholders but yet it all seems too impossible
