WHY the change in announcements between 14th and 15th?
That is an anomaly! Why did they do it?
Here're the differences.
Original - pg3 included a reference to Condition 1
Final - Condition 1 was omitted but the following tables were the same except they labeled the table wrongly in the second announcement as Table 1 (pg4), when it should have been Table 2 as in the Original.
Condition 1 read Acid leach condition 1:
• pH 1 leach (sulphuric acid)
• 2h duration;
• 220 C
Which is probably a distraction (so was taken out) as that's not a likely economic scenario (anyone care to confirm?)
Every other page from pg5 to pg14 appear the same.
But in the final report they added pages 15-23 which are all methodology definitions to explain to those interested (and knowledgeable enough) more detail.
Importantly ... pg5 ... the Exploration Plan is the same between both announcements I believe (old eyes!).
My conclusion ... I'm actually quite positive about this but with limited mining FA knowledge I'm not prepared to explain why because I may well be wrong!
AND having done other DD I can now make my own call whether to leave my Sentiment as before or change it - I will leave it intact.
It is a common share investment saying to "never catch a falling knife" and for good reason. The question here is, why is the knife falling?
This is a fascinating stock to trade/invest in etc
So I'd like to also highlight that in the SPP in February Directors took $120k of the 3.4c's then and the underwriting broker received 6% fees and 2.5m 6c 2025 options.
This recent CR ... Directors have taken (subject to SHer approval) $225k of the 2.8c's and the underwriting broker received 6% fees and 6m 4.5c 2025 options.
It will be interesting to see whether there's a new "substantial shareholder announcement" early next week if the buyer of the 10m 2.7s from Friday was 007, or the seller, (I expect either of these scenarios requires a notice) or neither.
I'm not sure whether this is a "falling knife" or a game of "knifey", yet, it's sure not clear cut.
