This stock is either the biggest dog or biggest hidden gem (with serious accumulation happening).
There sure seems to be some "fiddling" going on.
The REE's are probably slightly significant, but a distraction from the larger game so one possible conclusion is the REE PR was not part of the original plan so has had to be neutralised to ensure that "normal (accumulation) transmission" can be maintained ... including a resident down-ramper who changed his tune 180 degrees a few weeks ago ... if true - the illogical becomes logical.
Sure - a small conspiracy theory, but nowhere as big as some of the stories about Alan Bond in the past lol
