Lets just hope that he is retiring thinking, well the company is in a good position and I have a sheet load of shares, so I will just sit back and reap the rewards of the hard work put in over the last few years?

Geoff did well to get ADO to this position, but ultimately someone must be accountable for a lack of deals across the line. I am not seeing this as a negative at all personally.

Sometimes you need different people for different life cycles of business. Geoff did well to get us to where we are, but from here I think a CEO that has built a profitable business is more than likely going to work out for the better.
