For the record, I did see the downward trend. I made several mis-steps on the way up, and sold a tad too early, but overall I did pretty well protecting my profit and capital and I somehow managed to stay out of the stock all the way down until it went sub 10 cents. Actually, I think I may have had a quick flutter from 12.5 to 16 at one point. Then more short term mistakes (buying some at 10 cents before the dip to 8, then 7s) to end up with an average price of 8.8 cents. Feel stupid not buying more in the 7's now, but thankfully I resisted the urge to sell... Even I could see that the stars were aligning and I remembered that just before the previous big rise to 30 cents, there was also a big shake out where the stock was briefly pushed into the 5s (from memory).
