Are you thinking the bump came yesterday based on potential whispers of this ann? Pre-open sell side is very thin at the moment, so not sure I agree, but suppose it depends on what type of bump you're expecting. IMHO, it's going to be a nice day for most.
This isn't the 'silver bullet' ann so many have been waiting for, but it is potentially huge with regards to market exposure and disti channels. This one will be a nice slow-burn IMHO.
