Ann: Anteo enters into unconditional agreement to sell DIAsource, page-33

There seemed little alternative to the DIAsource sale. The can was kicked down the road sufficiently often. And it was not the best price. But what do you do when you're over a barrel? At least we have some cash in the bank, and the chance now to re-focus on Anteo's technology.

I agree that we should dust ourselves off and move on. Isn't enough time wasted on this site with hand-wringing? And I agree about extensive refurbishment of the Board. All but one to leave. What do we need?

1. Competence - a rounded pragmatism and honesty - requires character
2. Commitment to the task and responsibilities - requires effort
3. Conviction - a strong belief in the value and potential of the technology - requires understanding and determination
4. Complementary skill sets - understanding of the products, of finance, of management, of governance; and having the confidence of major market players.

Too much to ask? I'd like to see those major changes occur quietly at our next AGM.
