Yes.
I had the exit fee and other investment charges included at approx $2m
I did not include their extras (shares) nor did I include the additional C.R. to Bergen (let's called them subsequent events).
The sale price was acceptable (assets less debt) and the out come better than what could have happened i.e vendor taking back their shares.
The next step would be how they are going to use their $6m. I would guess it would be a similar plan to our DIAsource Model...marketing programme, production platform etc. albeit on a beer budget (I have China still on my mind here).

I will have to agree with Rameez here. The original plan was to get the proprietary product to sale to generate the cash flow and let collaborations take their course..... in the fullness of time (Ellume getting their but still only in pilot phase).
