Desperately seeking positives. With DIA sold, would it be a more opportune moment to announce a Cook partnership (ie. no need to share the outcome)??
God willing the people still remaining on the BOD will have learned a great deal from this exercise and not repeat the foolish mistakes of the past. I'm not convinced that will be the case, but I've got my fingers crossed.
One thing I'm curious about is how this will affect the SP. Additionally, does this limit dilution or do they still have the options?
