imo JM doesn't give a hoot about SH,
his only priority is making sure the scientists are well fed.
govt. grant$ & botched CR's have ensured this has been the case for the past 10 years >
the rest is just white noise to him - otherwise he would take control again
and make sure the rot stops this time, surely!?
maybe he has put it in the too hard basket & decided to just take the paycheck each fortnight
& go to sleep on a full stomach each night.
