Anteo owns the IP, so he can't really use it elsewhere.
As I understand it over the last anteo 3-4 years Anteo have been skilling up other staff to cover if JM was no longer in the picture (for whatever reason). Hopefully they haven't got rid of all those staff, as that represent a major risk to the business.
