It's axiomatic that JM would be no threat to ADO if he left. ADO's biggest problem is not understanding how to advance his innovations and commercialise them more effectively.
Shooting yourself in the foot was the strategy to eliminate AS and so far it's working brilliantly.
This is the A-team we're talking about here?
