We are left with 2 australian based directors , one being untested and the other unsuccessful.
Cumming tried for 8 years but couldn't deliver for ADO and for those who read annual reports and some checking of his other directorships held over same period show similar problems.
As Sienna chairman he took Sienna to an IPO on 1 August 2017, right in the middle of ADO's most challenging period ! Listed at 20c and now 13c - sound familar.
As Director Medical Australia - it has has just been delisted and sold out from under sShareholders at a loss to some - beware this strategy given the ADO IP reliance.
On what logical basis would a competent and experienced director agree to join this board after what has occurred publicly in the last 2 years and the risk associated with being a director.
AS is probably very happy - has anyone checked ?
