Yes that behaviour is pretty poor from a chairman and shows how truely deep the divisions on the board are.
DS was probably wise to have exited if he could see these shenanigans going on.
Morale amongst employees must be pretty low. Bickering and trench warfare in a companies upper echelons permeate the whole company.
Unless this is sorted soon this company is well and truely .......
We need a strong ceo who can provide strong leadership and steady this bickering. Not sure why any quality person would want to go near this company now though.
Poor decisions and resource allocation dating back a decade, the diasource fiasco and now kids from two warring camps chucking mud and using proxies on an anon chat room to fight.
I am still no closer to the truth.
