Esteve, just thinking that the "behaviour" may have extended deeper than the show of hands incident.
My proxy vote went against AS due to the "tick" mentality and the blatant posting of what looked like "plants".
-All pure and simple-
Our vote was returned as incorrectly cast due to "technicals". My Wife and I hold our shares in a Superfund. In the past, in many AGM votes, my lone signature has been accepted.
Our vote counted for heaps against AS, however as I had voted very early, I had time to add my Wife's signature and return the document.
