Remember that Parker's two lots of options expire in September and the Phase 2 expected completion takes us to September. Is this just a coincidence or something more substantial. I believe that most previous options had a much longer period to expiry and were not dependent on the price of the shares. Options could be exercised at any time but would only be exercised if the share price exceeded the price of the options.
