Without Philips and BBI but with a reasonable deal on finance to purchase Diasource we'd definitely be sitting a fair bit higher until we'd cleared the debt and/or a deal was signed. After all, Diasource has got to be worth something.

We're in the 3's because of crap financing and some questionable trading. This debacle was achieved under the guidance of some supposedly finance savvy management. I feel quite confident that current management can resolve this.
