What if some shareholders approached the company and said they wanted to fund the energy project directly and offered $1m for 50% of Anteo energy and the company said 'no way' but you can have some shares 'at market' and share the spoils with your fellow holders with tiny dilution?
I'm hard pressed to find a soph deal that is not done at 20% discount to VWAPs with fees so 7-7.5c is a benchmark level IMHO.
