Well for a start, if I need money I want to raise it under the best possible terms.
If I am a ceo of a public company, I have a duty to get the best possible terms.
Now, if I am in possession of tests that prove my product is far greater than the standard one on the market today, it would be imperative of me to release those tests and make a public announcement.
Not only would the value of my IP increase, my ability to attract money would be far greater.
It would be a win win for everyone.
All we have now is lip service.
