Agree @bullsbears - no need to sugar coat - Just tell it how it is - We are all smart enough to work it out so should be clearly set out something like below
"In lieu of on going interest over the 2 year term Anteo will give Bergen 12,149,156 Anteo FPO shares - these shares are available to be sold on market and at current market price of "x" cents are valued at "x" - This option has been chosen as a way to maximise cashflow to assist with execution of our commercialisation strategy"
