You think with the skin in the game that First Cape and Geoff Cumming / Richard Martin have just put into the company at the sub underwriting cost of 7.15 cents than they would have strict limitations as per quote above.

Also - The way it is structured leaves me to think that the next 120 days is the time to execute on Cook and Batteries - these are IMO the 2 big ones that will re rate the company as well as the market seeing financials of the new Anteo business including Diasource

Also being brushed under all the financing news is the re ordering from a "Very large global life science company" - Now while it is easy to see things clouded when share price is at lows and expectations have been missed - This statement is actually the first large positive sign of acceptance of Mixngo at large scale by a "Very large" player

"A volume sale of protein coupled bead-based product to a very large global Life Sciences company was successfully concluded in late 2015. The company has placed a second order, of similar magnitude in January which has been shipped. Meetings with this company are in progress to discuss their ongoing need for this product and explore their possible need for additional similar products. "

So first order in late 2015 and then a reorder in January - Happy for anyone to show me this type of sale or progress in the last years - As slow as it has been this clearly shows traction

Remembering the large bead companies - Merck, Dynal(Thermo) sell very large volumes and if someone like them did adopt Mixngo coated beads it could be potentially millions in sales - READ "POTENTIALLY"

Anyway - like it or not funding is sorted - Now it is up to the company to deliver

I have not been watching ADO for quite some time and I just did a bit of catching up.... very, very sorry to see ADO raised money through Bergen.

Just a bit about when they can convert their shares and how solid any agreement is in regards escrow .... forget any comforting statements about escrow, I think if you ask the hard questions you will find there will be no legal requirement for Bergen to not sell and there will be no penalty they might pay for breaking any undertaking they might have made to management.

The way these guys work is they sell into the bid prior to a conversion event and then sell again immediately upon conversion.
