If it is any of the above, or anything similar, then it is going to put awful pressure on our team at the worst possible time.
It is an unnecessary distraction and waste a large chunk of recently raised funds
And if Jef and crew are successful you are going to be wearing egg all over.
I agree with what DV is trying to do, but think his timing is appalling.
