DV & Ram are you sure you're seasoned investors, as neither of you seem to understand dilution. One's holdings remains at the same percentage of the Listing - if you participate in placements. Perhaps you might consider some basic investor education then you'd realise your negativity is subjective and your tossing around misconstrued terminology.
