The other issue I see is that this acquisition will distract management for the next 6 months. Debt/Capital raising, taking over management of the new business, identifying synergies, identifying mix and go opportunities. Another play thing for 1-2 years while shareholders wait for profitability. Would be nice if management actually threw a forecast out there as to when they might be cash flow positive.
