Reading through the Hotcopper Forums, -- enables Investors of all sizes, to find an Echo chamber to confirm their investment strategy. as well as be very entertaining -- when there are conflicting views.
I first jumped in to ADO, as a small investor/ gambler several years ago, around six to eight cents.... -- my circumstances altered, and I sold out of ADO around the eighteen cents --lamenting all the while as the share price seemed to be unstoppable, as it soared up over the 30cent mark and beyond.
I re-entered ADO two years ago --around the six cent mark, and have dabbled and added a few at four cents and again at the CR and obtained some Options as well.
ADO has a market cap around 55million -- at a share price of 0.022 means there is roughly 2,500,000,000 (2.5Billion shares) -- This CR with 3.5million dollars to be raised by issuing 175million shares to Sophs - is well with in the boards discretionary power. (175milion is approximately is 7%increase in number of shares). nearly every Listed Company has a built in resolution, that allows upto 10% issuance of shares --
So the OFFER (over and above the sophs) of 1-10 for existing Share Holders (at the same price as the Sophs) -- to me seems very fair. an extra 10percent on top of my share number will not greatly affect me.
ADO has been a speculative stock for years -- ADO Share holder -- some have earnt and many have been burnt.
Our battery division could be worth billions -- and our Serum (just with the India testing program ) could be enormous as well. Imagine if BOTH Divisions hit half their potential at the same time?
May those that are still invested make a Profit sooner then later. GLALTH.
