My thoughts align and are well expressed in your post.
To that I would add that having had the benefit of extended discussions and meeting all new Directors on many occasions I believe that their integrity ensures that they believe statements made in the Company’s name since their appointment are truthful to the best of their knowledge.
Alternatively I’m sure we would have seen a raft of resignations.
In the meantime I support the team in bringing home the bacon.
