have you ever seen the SP of an ASX listed company stay above CR price unless really good news/material news is dropped soon after?
also this CR was stupidly discounted to the point that the SI's over subscribed, rather than knocking them back, they took all the over subscriptions, further diluting the registry. This tells me they have no other form of revenue or grants coming in the short-term, if they do, then management need a good kick
