Mercedes have paused their EVB Plant roll out. AnteoTech have clearly stated the expectation that AnteoTech product is slzted for the NEXT generation EV. OK going concern takes into account Core Assets, but the debt required to leapfrog to the return phase of NEXT Gen EVB wound push the boundaries of "going concern". Many SHs are ignorant of the value of patents and would discount their value and deem an SP exit point - Human Nature 101. AJIMHO, but a rush to the exit would place ADO into hostile TO territory and, the CR was the way to go.

Many SIs do just as you say, however I often find value in contrarian trading, recently flipping oppies after another Ticker's CR & holding my Heads. However, this CR is different - Institutions got on board. That in itself is a critical key to ADO's well-being & prospectivity. Unless SIs have had other gains where a sale at loss can be used to balance their ATO ledger - they don't just sell on a whim.

ATM I will be supporting the SPP - will hold all, and have submarine bids in wait if Exits, Short plays & Stop-losss are triggered. But that's no advice for others.
