As I suspected, not a market mover or potential Dec options converter. Progress and potential yes, but plenty of water to flow under the bridge before the dollars flow in. Thus also plenty of time for things to reverse - not saying this will happen, but every penny has two sides and we are still a penny.
IMO, we will be needing substantial POC advancement including revenue to save us from another CR later in the year. [I will tip (probably more like hope) that this is advancement will matetialise.]
