seeing that the Merck announcement was

AnteoTech Ltd is pleased to announce that it has signed a non-binding Heads of Agreement with Merck to co-develop AnteoBind activated Europium particles for the rapidly growing global point of care (PoC) diagnostic testing market.

so if Merck was to release our co-developed  Anteobind activated Europium particles, how could we claim that they wouldn't be used in other tests? the Merck HOA was suppose to commercialised in the last quarter but still no word. the deal hasn't fallen thru with evidence of Merck's using Charlie in their presentations

so it appears that instead of supplying our Europium particles to be used in the rapidly growing global POC diagnostic testing market, we may just be keeping them for ourself and producing our own sepsis multiplex test and covid multiplex tests and ???

it's been over 4 month since the HOA was announced, what could the next Merck ann be?
