L, semantics aside. There IS a test and it works better in many aspects than most on market. However, management consider it can be further improved. So they will now refine it, the and then put the most optimal option up to regulators, and to market. So yes they are not at market, however they have given the crew a 6-9mt window.
Now we know its not your job to comment positively on Anteo, but you have done the semantics routine the point of Jumping the Shark again.
Ok other's L won't acknowledge the importance of Axxin's role but take note of Mr Butling offerings.
