That is the $64,000.00 question. This has been discussed endlessly. I made an assumption based on the previous actions of this board that they have acted with integrity.
The fact is we don't know why they had to raise funds so quickly and we are unlikely to find out until much later.
So, rather than go off spruiking conspiracy theories and making allegations of impropriety, I will maintain my current position of trust in the board until I am shown otherwise.
Innocent until proven guilty, in other words.
