In other words, oversubscribed by more than 9 times (or almost 10 times if you like round numbers). This is very good news and SP responded favourably. I hope the scale back will be fair to all SH, as in it takes into account of number of shares held at record date. The mention that a formula is used sounds promising. I believe the rationale behind having their own manufacturing capability is more about not having to rely on contract manufacturers rather than better margin.
