They could have got the $20m from existing shareholders and less scale back.
Did not need the so called sophisticated investors.
I don’t blame the company for this but I do blame those companies that manage capital raising.
They rip off the company with their payments and options and disregard existing shareholders.
They could have got the $20m from existing shareholders and less...
