A, Not sure how $12M can be seen as "Free".
It's the ASX and Fast Money comes at a Cost. However, the BOD were transparent and the Market is armed with the knowledge that the Funds have been ploughed into faster Commercialisation. The SPP was a like for like bonus offer to shareholders. It mirrored the SI CR, it wasn't needed but BOD did the equitable thing, and as a bonus the SPP money is being put into accelerated local production facilities (planed to on being funded on by eventual EU sales).
It's ALL GOOD IMHO,
