Think you’re a bit confused there Semi. The funding is clearly marked as being for development of the Ultra High Si Anode.
Nothing to do with building a “plant”.
There is also a very important word that has escaped your attention: “reimbursable”. Which means, in plain English:
FIRST: Anteo spends the $$$.
THEN: (Later) Anteo gets it back.
There is no “money up front”. Not even Govt Grant administrators are that stupid…
